COSTA BRAVA EXCELLENCE MAGAZINE

The first edition of the magazine Costa Brava Excellence was published on 2015 with the intention to announce to those who visit us of all over of the world the most significant places of Girona, our province.
This year, in his third edition, we have been selected to occupy the pages that highlight every year a restaurant of reference. The article titled “The transformation of the origins” centres in the evolution of the restaurant over the last ten years where remarks the capacity, with the most absolute respect to the tradition, to create an own culinary language, innovative, dared and at the same time respectful with the product.
